Longest Blog I will probably ever post.

I got some request to post pics of my boys up (okay, so it was only one request, but I'm easily presuaded)so I decided to write a "year-to-date blog." Here are some pics of the boys & us from Jan. 08 to the present. Enjoy! The first Sunday in January was David's first day in Sunbeams. Isn't he sucha handsome little guy!?! David got to go to Disneyland with Grandma. Uncle Adam, Aunt Jen, Aunt Kim and his cousins Hank & Ali tagged along. He had BLAST!

January 15 is Parker's Birthday and January 30 is David's birthday. Here are some pics of David's party...it was a Superhero Party. Way fun! In Feb. we had an awesome (much needed) girls weekend out to San Diego. We ate, went shopping, ate some more, hung out, ate some more. It was Dawn Stockdale, Kasey Houser, Krista Knapp, Alyson McWhorter, Jennifer Houser and myself. That's the view from our hotel room (Thanks James!)It was great. On Feb. 12th I turned 29 (yikes!) Dave suprised me with tickets to go see WiCKED. It was an awesome show! I highly recommend it. Guys, if you have any excuse to take your wives, they'll love you forever. In March we went to the Palmdale City Easter Celebration. The boys got to ride ponies, pet cute animals and ride some free rides. We had fun! Dedicated Dave had to work that day. Poor guy. We also colored Easter eggs at home and had an Easter egg hunt at Grandma Fletchers. On April 7th, Dave also turned 29. I got him a fight on a Glider. He loved it. He even got to control it by himself for a bit. April was also Dino's birthday month, he turned the big 18!! Here are some pics of the family celebration we had. Dave & Dino let Parker & David blow out their candles...how nice! In May we went and celebrated Memorial Day at Grandpa Fletcher's. Both of the boys grandma's were there as were Aunt Jenn & Uncle's Adam & Dino (Sr.) Cousin Dino's JROTC unit got to assist in the raising of the Flags. In June the boys took a bowling class. It was so fun! I'm pretty sure David made some pretty good indents into the lanes because he would SLAM the ball into the lane and watch it slowly go down towards the pins. It worked he got 3rd place one week! July was a busy month. the 4th we spent with the Stockdales. We had a bar-b-que at their house then came to our house to watch fireworks from the fair & Jethawks stadium. Dino & James ended up wrestling. I won't say who won. The boys (Dominic, Nick & Dino) also went on a Pioneer Trek in July. They said they had a good time. It was life changing for Dino, that's were he decided to get baptised! (Nick was camera shy and refused to be in the pictures) July is our yearly family camping vacation to Leo Carrillo. We ate and enjoyed our lazy beach days with family & friends, build sand castles, the boys caught hermit crabs and we made memories. This year we even had some uninvited guests! In August Dino got baptised! We were so excited for his decision to become a member of Christ's restored church here on earth. We see him grow more and more everyday. Isn't Nick so photogentic?!?LOL! The other two guys in the other pic are our ward missionaries. They taught Dino the discussions. Elder Nuttal on his right and Elder Henrickson on his left. Also in August, David, Parker & I went to Arizona to visit the Winders for a week. They have a pool so everyday after breakfast we would jump in and go swimming! Can you believe it was almost 100 degrees in the morning?!? Crazy! Since the Winders had resently moved into their house, they helped them unpack. Ali-pokie was a HUGE help. When it was time to go Ali-pokie wanted to go to Cali... and I(Cindy) was all for that!! So she returned to Cali with us and spent a week temporarily filling my hunger for a little girl in the house. On the long drive home, they stopped by the big Dinosaur museum for a break. I was so sad when the week was over and Kim came to pick-up Ali-pokie. I miss her! And finally, also in August, David started preschool. He LOVES it. He dosent always remember what he did during the day, but he is always excited to go. Hopefully he'll have that drive for all his school days! The night before the first day, he layed out his clothes just like he would wear them (a Fletcher Tradition). His teacher's name is Ms. Crystal, she's very nice. Well, that concludes the our family '08 year-to-date-catch-up blog. Hope you didn't spend to much time away form your families in the reading of it. Heck, next time it can be your kid's bed time story! LOL! Once apon a time, there was a couple with 4 boys....
