The Finished product...Yummy!
December was also David's pre-school Christmas presentation month. We went to a local church and watched David & his pals sing some songs and recite a poem, "Oh, mousey" (Which by the way both him & Parker still do at least once a week.) The got to dress up as shepherds and at the end of it all, they visited with Santa!
Waiting for his part.
David & his buddy Danny.
Here are some pics of the family decorating the Christmas tree.
Dave is organizing all the ornaments so the boys can pick one and put it on.
What's gonna work? Teamwork!
David showing off the finished product.
Dave's work had a skating night for all employee's. So, of course, we rolled out! It was a blast! At first David wasn't into it, but once he got started, he loved it. Parker, as always, was all excited and couldn't wait to get going. He got good quick and soon was skating on his own!
Aunt Jen & Cindy teaching Parker how it's done.
Oops! David fell, but he got right back up and kept going!
He got really into it after a while.
Parker has the old man skating technique down. Hands behind his back.
Parker helping Dad not fall.
Christmas eve we went to Grandma Fletcher's house. Aunt Kim and her family were there as were Aunt Jen & Uncle Jared. Abuelita Vidal came with us too, she stayed with us for the holiday. The boys got to open their PJ's from Grandma Fletcher with their cousins and we played a gift exchange game. We had a lot of fun! The Next morning we go up later then we expected. The boys didn't wake up at their usual time. They slept in 'till about 7:30! Dave had to go and wake them. I guess this year we were more excited about Christmas then them.

Dino guessing what it could be.
Daddy getting some help from Parker. See the piece of my head? Its the only picture we have of me from that morning! lol!
Cute pic of Dave & David at Grandma Fletcher's house. Although, David looks a bit scared.
So that was a not-so-quick recap of December. But it's not all. Something HUGE happened in December. Something the Antelope Valley sees only once every 15 years or so. It SNOWED! Not only snowed, but really SNOWED, and STUCK! But that is such a huge event I think it deserves it's own blog entry. Seriously, it was awesome!
